Hello, my name is Shannen Sherman and for over 20 years I’ve been supporting clients on their healing journey by blending Reiki Energy, Intuitive Guidance, and Holistic Health Counseling. In 2013 I became a Registered Nurse and now combine all my education and healing modalities to provide compassionate holistic care. Every session with me is individualized and designed to help you restore balance in mind, body, and spirit.
If you’re navigating anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, emotional or physical discomfort, or simply seeking deeper spiritual insight, you’re not alone. Together, we’ll work to release what no longer serves you and reconnect you with your natural state of wellness and balance.
I’m also very passionate about creating opportunities for like-minded holistic practitioners to come together, share their gifts, and collaborate in offering diverse healing modalities to our community. Awaken Healing opened in 2024 to not only provide a quiet place for me to do the work that I love, but also to share the peaceful space with others. As we continue to grow, new practitioners, workshops, pop-ups, and classes are continually added.
